How to Use UltraGlide

If you are reading this, you probably need to know how to use UltraGlide by Hunter Douglas. This post is written for the 2018-2019 product. Hunter Douglas has changed the specifications on this product over the years and this applies to the current roller shade products. Please watch the video to see exactly how to use UltraGlide for this project we recently did in Reno.

Once you know how to use UltraGlide for roller shades it is a great product. It is very durable and the short cord is great for child safety and convenience. But, if you don’t know how it works, it can be very frustrating.

Showing Guests How to Use UltraGlide

Here is one thing that I suggest for you. If you have guests frequently and they will be operating the shades in your home, bookmark the video! Then, you can send them a link before they arrive and they will already know how to use UltraGlide when they arrive. This can also be done to members of the family that aren’t trained by the installers at the completion of your installation.
