We really appreciate when our customers leave us a Kempler Design review. When someone is moving to Reno or Lake Tahoe, they often need window coverings. It can be hard to know who to bring into your home to help with window treatment needs. This client saw many of the existing reviews that are online and she called us to make an appointment.
I’d like to take a few sentences to tell you how the process works. First, the client calls Kempler Design, probably after reading a Kempler Design review online. We talk, get a feel for if we are a good fit for each other. Then, we make an appointment at a mutually agreeable time. When we meet, we talk for a while, determining the clients real needs. Then, after I have listened to what they need, I go out to my truck, bring in appropriate sampling, and show it to them.
In most cases we provide pricing at the first appointment. We take a deposit for half of the value of the project, with the balance due on installation. At this point, a lot of the behind the scenes work begins. We will place the order, arrange for any special installation needs and inform the client of any issues, if they come up.
When the day of installation arrives, we show up on time. We maintain cleanliness. We work efficiently and professionally. And if you watch the video, you’ll notice that the client mentioned that we were patient with explaining how things work. Especially now, with more and more home automation, it is important that you have an installer that can explain things in a way you can understand.
